I am lucky that there is a metal scrap yard in my neighborhood. <\/p>\n
One of my favorite pastimes in my spare time is looking for striking objects that I can combine, thus creating unique pieces of furniture.<\/p>\n
The \u2018UFO\u2019 turn-table consists of an HGV brake disk including matching bearing, a water manifold and screw ring. <\/p>\n
The total weight is about 300kg and the glass plate has a diameter of 100cm <\/p>\n
The underside of the large, rotating glass plate was sandblasted using a H.R. Giger decor, and is indirectly illuminated by over 110 blue LED lights. <\/p>\n
